The Health Stylist’s nutrition package works by helping you develop healthy habits as well as strategies to keep you on track and offering ongoing support via text and email. It has been designed to support carb-appropriate eating and helps you build a balanced and healthy lifestyle.

Our nutrition package is the first step on the road to a healthy lifestyle. It can provide you with all the essential nutrients you need, and ensure you have the energy to beat your daily challenges.

5 Week Nutrition Kick Starter

What to expect?

  • Initial Consultation and Nutrition Plan Discussion – 1 hour
  • Two follow-up sessions fortnightly – 30 min

Nutrition Support Monthly Subscription

What to expect?

  • Strategies to maintain balanced and healthy lifestyle
  • Regular check-ins for progress
  • 24/7 ongoing support
  • Follow-up session at the end of each month – 30 min

Personal Training

Based at Brother Boxing/Move It PT (Cheltenham, Melbourne)

Exercise is an essential aspect of a healthy life. With the right exercise program, you can build your fitness and reach the goals you have set yourself. Our certified personal trainer can work with you to develop a program that matches your fitness level and also challenges you to be better. Rather than just an instructor, our personal trainer can teach you the skills and knowledge you need for an ongoing healthy lifestyle.

  • Increased Fitness
  • Enhanced Strength
  • Better Endurance
  • Improved Flexibility and Mobility

5 Week Move Sweat Laugh Challenge

What to expect?

  • Initial Consultation and Measurements – 1 hour
  • Two Personal Training sessions weekly – 30 min/1 hour option available 
  • Re-measurements, “Where to next” plan
  • Choose add-on training sessions if needed
