Hi! I’m Manfreda, a personal trainer and nutrition coach from Auckland. I’m truly passionate about better well-being through exercise and eating healthy. I believe that when a person builds a healthy, nutritional lifestyle – with exercise they enjoy – they feel better about themselves and have the motivation they need to succeed day in, day out.
I know what it’s like to have a yo-yo diet. My teaching career was filled with unhelpful servings of greasy food and fatty snacks – busy lives can sometimes come with certain shortcuts. But unhealthy eating and being inactive is not ideal for our well-being. And as no life is the same, you need a healthy lifestyle that fits you.
My holistic approach to nutrition, fitness and well-being means I can help you reach your goals and maintain balance in life.
